WFSGI is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Cycling Coordinator to join our team on an initial one-year contract starting March 2026. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Head of International Sports & Cycling and WFSGI Cycling Committee.

The WFSGI Cycling Committee focuses on the equipment regulations of respective product categories including; Wheels, Tyres & Rims, Handlebars, Helmets, EPAC, Frames & Forks, Drivetrain across all disciplines including Road, MTB, Track, Triathlon and BMX.

The World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) is a globally recognised organisation representing the sporting goods industry. We are dedicated to promoting and advancing the interests of our member companies across the world. As the sole global industry representative, WFSGI plays an important strategic role in the support and promotion of the sporting goods industry worldwide and is officially recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the industry representative within the Olympic family. WFSGI’s daily work involves everything from global labelling requirements to the development of sports regulations and the promotion of physical activity. Our purpose is to unite and support the global sporting goods industry to ensure a healthier, more active planet for all.

THE POSITION

• Knowledge of the technical components of a bike and experience in cycling
• Engineering or sports science experience helpful
• Swiss-based candidates preferred
• Fluency in English (proficiency in French and/or German an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
• Interest in sporting goods industry and awareness of sports politics and governance
• Versatile with strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Independent personality with good team spirit
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

LOCATION

WFSGI team members work remotely and/or in a hybrid manner. There are mandatory quarterly team meetings in Switzerland. There is a possibility of travel with the role.
