In 2018, Taipei and TaiSPO will be held seperately

Following a comprehensive survey, Taipei Cycle will move its event date to October 31 - November 3, 2018, in order to accommodate industry needs. While Taipei Cycle has postponed its event dates, TaiSPO show remains in March. This will be the first time since 2011 that TaiSPO and Taipei Cycle are being held separately.

The bicycle industry has undergone an evolution and transformation towards digitalization. Digital bikes will undoubtedly trend in the future and therefore there is an increased need for smart devices. Trailblazing these trends, Taipei Cycle 2018 will highlight e-devices and present a brand new IoT zone. Designers and manufacturers are encouraged to showcase their latest IoT applications. We also welcome companies established after January 1, 2013 to present their innovations at the Startup Pavilion. Both pavilions will be housed in TWTC Hall 3.

TaiSPO will continue to focus on fitness, camping, outdoor, and water sports equipment, as well as sportswear. More recently, wearable training devices have become a trend in the fitness and sport industry. TaiSPO 2018 will host the “IoT/Wearables Zone”, displaying wearable and handheld devices. TaiSPO is anticipating training program exhibits and personal training classes in the new “Training Programs Zone”. The 2018 edition of TaiSPO is scheduled for March 8-10 at its usual venue, the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Hall 1 & 3.

Registration for both shows opens July 26, 2017.
