The Cycling Committee works across sport, innovation, regulation and sustainability to help members influence the issues that matter most. From product safety and technical standards to e-bike regulation and sustainable mobility policies, the Committee creates a neutral space where competitors can collaborate on shared challenges, exchange knowledge and develop solutions that benefit the wider cycling industry. This collaborative approach helps reduce duplication, accelerate innovation and strengthen cycling's long-term growth.

Cycling is at the intersection of sport, health, sustainability and mobility. As regulations evolve and new technologies emerge, collaboration across the industry has never been more important.

The Cycling Committee serves as the industry's voice with leading international sports organisations, including the IOC, UCI and World Triathlon as well as key stakeholders such as professional cycling including teams, riders and race organisers including AIGCP, CPA, AIOCC and Warner Brothers Discovery.

Align Europe, US and Asia through engagement and partnerships with People for Bikes, ECI and Asian bicycle associations.

Through regular engagement, WFSGI ensures that the expertise of manufacturers and brands contributes to discussions on technical regulations, athlete safety, innovation and the future development of cycling.

As cycling continues to evolve, the Committee plays a key role in supporting the growth of e-bikes, cargo bikes and sustainable transport solutions.
