NOC Uniform Support Program

The NOC Uniform Support Programme is a joint solidarity initiative between the IOC, WFSGI and WFSGI members that sees, at a minimum, free of charge competition apparel athletes from eligible NOCs.
The WFSGI brands who have supported this initiative to date are: adidas, arena, ASICS, Descente, Mizuno, New Balance, NIKE, Inc., Orbea, Pentland (Speedo), PUMA, and Under Armour.
The athletes supported by the programme would otherwise be unable to compete at the Olympic Games as their NOCs either do not have a sponsor and/or are otherwise unable to procure Rule 50 compliant product. The NOC Uniform Support Programme has run at Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 and is scheduled to run at Tokyo 2020 (in 2021) and Beijing 2022.
